Another episode of Demystifying Massage✨

Today we’re talking about who can get a massage, and the things you should always discuss with your massage therapist before your appointment.

A quick note specific to my studio: I currently do not have elevator access, so clients must be able to climb two flights of stairs to receive a service here.

And as always, if you have questions about accessibility, health considerations, your comfort, or anything else related to your appointment, please ask before you come in! I’d much rather answer your questions ahead of time than have something unexpected interrupt the flow of your session.

There’s never a “silly” question when it comes to making sure you feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.

One of my favorite things about having my own space is getting to create the experience from start to finish.

I can set up at my own pace, pay attention to the little details, and add those small extras wherever I see fit. It’s a space that feels like mine, and I love being able to make it feel special for every client who walks through the door.
