"You matter because… you are loved!"
Sometimes love shows up in big ways. But often, it’s found in the little things: a friend checking in, someone saving you a seat, a familiar laugh, a hug, or a text asking if you made it home. These moments can remind us that we are more connected than we realize.
That’s why, during Su***de Prevention Month, we’re asking members of our community to finish one sentence: “You matter because…”
Today’s answer is a simple but important reminder: you are loved. Even on the days when you feel alone, there are people whose lives are brighter because you are part of them. Your presence matters more than you may realize.
And maybe today is a good day to remind someone else that they matter, too.
