Ok so is 4:44 on my clock and time for my Mother’s Day wish list ✨✨🙏 I know my previous post said I was going to post my top 10 but it’s proving quite difficult to choose because it’s all so important. I want everyone to be using SAFE products. But here goes my of Arbonne products in order of importance (my opinion) ~ ✨NAD+ supplement for energy, cellular repair, and brain health ✨Green Synergy Elixir✨Essential Meal Protein Powder✨Energy Fizz Sticks✨Shea Body Lotion/Wash✨Skin Tint/Makeup essentials✨Prenatal or Meno Support Vitamins….. remember it takes about 26 seconds for anything we put on our skin to absorb and enter our bloodstream. The average woman is exposed to approximately 2500 chemicals PER DAY 🫣🫣 so what we put ON our body is just as important as what we put IN body

I spent years protecting everyone else while completely neglecting myself.
Motherhood, stress, grief, exhaustion, survival mode… I thought feeling depleted was normal.
Learning how to nourish my body, mind, and spirit changed more than my health. It changed my children’s future too.
And honestly? That might be the most important thing I’ve ever done. Sharing my journey is the next most important thing I’ll ever do 🤍

As the year ends and we think about what we would like to do differently to bring more health and happiness into our life…. Creating new habits is simple, but not easy, especially if you’re a busy mom like me who’s been running on autopilot for too long. So, If you know you need to do something different for your health but don’t know where to start, let me help you 🫶 the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of health are inextricably connected and all need balancing, which is A LOT to tackle on your own. So comment or DM me if you’d like some support or more info ❤️🧚

Spring 2025 is off to an incredible start 🌞 beautiful sunrises, sunny days out in the garden, magical moments with all my (not so little) littles, and raspberry fizz to keep me energized enough to keep up with these boys 🙏✨🌷🌈 (thank you Arbonne for bringing back my favorite flavor 😍 and big thanks to Haven Farm for providing such a special place for our family to enjoy on Friday nights ❤️)
