⛰️💙 Happy Boss’s Day from Hickory House Recovery! 💛

They say it takes a team to build a mountain, and after just over a year since opening our doors, we can honestly say we have an amazing team building something truly special! 🏔️

What started as a vision has grown into a place where people can find hope, healing, and a fresh start. That doesn’t happen because of one person it takes leadership, dedication, teamwork, compassion, and a whole lot of heart.

Today, we celebrate our leadership team and every person who plays a part in making Hickory House what it is. We are proud of how far we’ve come in such a short time, and even more excited about the mountain we’re continuing to build together!

Real People. Real Healing. Real Hope. 💙

Here’s to the team behind the mission, the people who make the difference, and the incredible things still ahead of us!

Happy Boss’s Day to our amazing Hickory House leadership team! 🎉💛

🌟 Happy Case Manager Week! 🌟

This week, we proudly celebrate the incredible Case Managers who help make recovery possible every single day. At Hickory House Recovery, our Case Managers do so much more than coordinate services. They help residents build brighter futures through:

✅ Developing individualized aftercare and discharge plans
✅ Connecting residents with resources, employment, housing, and healthcare
✅ Leading educational and recovery-focused groups
✅ Advocating for residents' needs and helping remove barriers to success
✅ Providing encouragement, accountability, and one-on-one support
✅ Helping residents build confidence, life skills, and long-term recovery plans
✅ Creating a positive environment where healing and growth can happen

A special thank you to Shawn, Tiffany, and Keanna for the dedication, compassion, and heart you bring to our residents and our team. Your work helps individuals move from uncertainty to hope, from addiction to recovery, and from surviving to thriving.

Every day, you listen, encourage, advocate, guide, support, and inspire. The impact you make extends far beyond treatment and helps create lasting change in the lives of those we serve.

💙 Recovery is possible because of people like you.

Please join us in thanking Shawn, Tiffany, and Keanna for all they do to make Hickory House a place of healing, hope, and transformation!

🌟 Hickory House Employee Spotlight: Tiffany Delk 🌟

Meet Tiffany, our Case Manager who has been part of the Hickory House family for 7 months!

With over 18 years of experience in social services, Tiffany helps residents create aftercare plans, navigate resources, and prepare for successful recovery after discharge. Her passion for helping others comes from both her professional background and personal understanding of how addiction affects individuals and families.

Tiffany's favorite part of the job is seeing residents achieve their goals and watching the positive transformation that recovery can bring. She loves being part of a team that comes together to support one another and our residents when it matters most.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, spending time with her fiancé and nephew, and hanging out with her dog, Ronan.

💙 Her message to anyone starting recovery: "Just take it one day, one minute, or even one second at a time. Change will come, but taking the first step is sometimes all it takes."

Thank you, Tiffany, for your compassion, dedication, and commitment to helping others find hope and healing. We're proud to have you on the Hickory House team!

❤️ Wheelchair Donation Request

We’re reaching out to our community for some help. ❤️

We have a paraplegic resident who is in need of a wheelchair to help provide safe, reliable mobility and greater independence.

We are looking for a manual wheelchair similar to the one pictured, preferably in good, usable condition. A donated wheelchair would make a tremendous difference in this resident’s daily life and ability to participate in activities and move around safely.

If you have a wheelchair you no longer need, know of an organization that may be able to help, or would like to make a donation toward purchasing one, please reach out to us.

Sometimes something sitting unused in someone’s garage can completely change another person’s life. ❤️

Please share this post — you never know who may be able to help.

🙏 Thank you for helping us support one of our residents and give them a little more independence and dignity.
