After the rush of summer and before the holiday buzz..

There’s a liminal space for you to unplug and recharge surrounded by jungle and salt water - away from screens, rigid routines, and constant demands

My dear friend + incredible yoga instructor Brandy (based in Atlanta) and myself (based in Knoxville) will be guiding 12 women through daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork classes…
