I try not to get lost in the scroll of social media, but just wanted to pop in for this Very Crunchy Announcement 🍂

Splankna work has continued to be a delight; I'm here if you need me; I hope you're drinking enough water and forgiving yourself for past disappointments. Love ya!

Postal service coming in hot! I'm so excited 🥰 I'd completed all the supervision requirements and and now my certification finally arrived! Your gal's a Master Level Splankna Practitioner and it's such a joy to do this work.

We fit 12 inner-healing Splankna sessions in 5 days! And what a sweet bunch of new folks I had the honor of meeting with 💖

Pensacola is Good People and I know they've got some great gifts to offer the world. Thank you Jana Spicka for hosting me and allowing me to love on your community!
