Five years ago…From my very first herbal tea gathering at A Clean Slate to the tea ceremonies, circles and sessions they’ve grown into today. A voice within urged me to speak up and share, long before I knew what these gatherings would become. I’m so very grateful that I listened. It has opened the door to so many beautiful opportunities, meaningful connections and incredible people I’ve shared a cup of herbal tea with along the way. It’s been a journey watching it all evolve and I’m excited to see how it grows! ❤️☕️

A few more photos from Leigh Struble Heckler women’s retreat this weekend ❤️🦋 From my Reiki and reading setup and offering sound bowls on the beach to beautiful sunsets, sunrises and the incredible women building beautiful lives and moving through their own transformations. Being surrounded by these real deal women who love with their entire beings, work hard and share with such depth and honesty was deeply inspiring. It brought so much of my own transformation to the surface, things I had been holding inside and that I fit right in among them without question and could relax and have fun too!

My heart is holding so much gratitude, love and appreciation for this weekend and every moment of it.
