A balanced program will flush out weak links and imbalances in the body. It is common that many people need to do some exercises that are not easy for them as they target to improve the weak links. Hardly anyone is great at doing new exercises, therefore it is logical that these may not be your favorite. As muscles start to balance and weak links strengthen you will find that you start to enjoy the exercises, workouts or activity. So persevere - it does get easier.

Rudi is an American College of Sports Medicine exercise physiologist (that means you get waaaaay more than what you’ll get from your “garden-variety” personal trainer. Add over 30 years of real and professional experience and thousands of client hours and you start to see why his clients feel pretty lucky to have him on their health and wellness team.

Tracey holds an American College of Sports Medicine personal trainer certification and is a specialist in coaching women to be strong, confident and powerful. With a long list of success stories, she holds her own in the coaching department.

Our goal is to give you the key knowledge and abilities necessary to make a real and continuing lifestyle change towards health, better body image, functional fitness and muscular strength. Every workout is precisely addressed to you and your body’s capabilities in real time - they’re fun, educational and always effective.
