Life Span therapy offers services for all ages from early development to geriatric populations in both a clinic and home setting. Services include but are not exclusive to:

Today is National Mental Health Day.

Examples of ways to look after yourself is using acronyms like FACE, Flow, Agency, Connection and Essentials. Today I have addressed Connection with family and friends, Flow with walks with my dog in nature and Essentials with healthy food choices, Agency with choosing the subjects I wanted to study today. Each day we need different parts to keep ourselves healthy.

We can also check in with micro and macro ways of checking in that we have self care. Micro may be listening to our favorite song, macro may be going on a trip.
