Acadian comprises eight divisions - Acadian Ambulance Service, Acadian Air Med, Acadian Total Security, National EMS Academy, Executive Air Charter, Safety Management Systems, Acadian Health and Acadian Federal Resources - and has a variety of support departments. In 1993, Acadian instituted an employee stock ownership program. In honor of Employee Ownership Month, we held our annual Acadian Companies Cook-Off today!

This year’s dish was gumbo, and the booth design theme was America 250. 🍲🇺🇸

Fourteen teams from across our service areas and divisions participated. Hal The Cajun Lady, as well as representatives from The Acadiana Advocate and Zea Rotisserie & Bar, served as our special guest judges, providing their feedback on the gumbo dishes and booth designs.
