October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

We all get busy taking care of everyone else. This is your reminder to make time for yourself, too.

If you’ve been putting off your mammogram, make the appointment. Screening can help find breast cancer before symptoms appear. Talk with your provider about the screening schedule that’s right for you.

And yes, men can get breast cancer as well. Routine mammograms aren’t recommended for most men, but a new lump, ni**le discharge, or changes in your breast or chest need to be checked.

Don’t wait for it to hurt. Don’t assume it’s nothing.
