Sorry Virginia is the closest I can come to educating my ladies about their biology and all things menopause, perimenopause, and beyond. When opportunity presents to educate what we see and hear we have to stop and do just that, share and educate. This is raw and real. I would have loved to wait and be presentable but the information is more important than the way I look post work out. Tomorrow will be a new day of business so getting this out and off my mind tonight. I am most afraid for patients whose providers don’t truly continue to educate themselves in medicine. That’s another issue, CME credits can be a cruise, networking conference, or a string of pharmaceutical dinners with a definite agenda. We face confirmation bias at its best and this is another perfect example. Good luck out there if you are seeing providers who are stuck in symptom care guidelines. There is another world where we optimize cellular function and the grass truly is greener on this side.
