⚜️🦷 CAMS 2026 | New Orleans! 💤

What an incredible inaugural Collaborative Airway Management Summit (CAMS) at The Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans!

SleepTest.com was proud to participate as an official CAMS Implementation Partner, collaborating with passionate dental and medical professionals, educators, and industry leaders dedicated to improving lives through better sleep.

What made CAMS special? Its focus on turning education into implementation! That’s exactly what we’re passionate about...helping practices simplify sleep testing, improve patient communication, and connect more patients with the care they need.

Huge thanks to Dr. Pedro Cuartas, Tanya, and the entire CAMS team for an outstanding event! First-class education, hospitality, and collaboration. 👏
And, of course, we squeezed in a little NOLA sightseeing, incredible food, music, and fun along the way! 🎷⚜️

Grateful for the relationships and already looking forward to CAMS 2027!

Better Sleep. Better Health. Better Lives. 💙

Has anyone ever told you what you sound like when you’re asleep?

You may not realize you’re snoring or notice the pauses, gasps, or restless sleep that wake the person next to you.

Sometimes, someone else notices first.

Pay attention if your partner mentions:

• Loud or persistent snoring
• Gasping, choking, or pauses in breathing
• Frequent movement or disrupted sleep

Those observations don’t diagnose sleep apnea, and restless sleep can have many causes. But they are worth discussing with your healthcare provider, especially if someone notices breathing pauses or gasping.

Sleep-related breathing concerns don’t fit one stereotype. Women and men can both be affected.

If someone has noticed changes in your sleep, start learning more with SleepTest’s free online sleep quiz. It can help you explore your risk, but it does not replace a medical evaluation.

Send this to someone who could use a friendly nudge to check on their sleep.

CAMS™ week is here, and we’re excited to head to New Orleans as a founding collaborator.

From October 16–18, 2026, the Collaborative Airway Management Summit will bring physicians, dentists, NPs, PAs, and industry collaborators together at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, to explore better care for people with sleep-disordered breathing.

If you’re attending, come say hello. We’d love to hear what’s working in your practice and talk about sleep testing, workflows, and how stronger collaboration can support your team and your patients.

See you in New Orleans! 👉 https://camsummit.us

900+ provider listings are already on the SleepTest map. Is your practice one of them?

SleepTest.com is a Joint Commission-accredited independent diagnostic testing facility (IDTF). Our provider locator helps people looking for sleep apnea care find participating providers near them.

Patient Visibility

Patients can search by location and view participating practices. A listing gives them another way to discover your practice and explore a local next step.

Local Connections

The locator includes providers who refer patients to SleepTest for testing and may be able to help with treatment options. Being listed creates an opportunity for patients to find your practice when they’re looking for care nearby.

Testing Support

SleepTestCRM helps your team submit patient information, track progress, and access documentation. SleepTest coordinates testing logistics and physician interpretation, keeping your practice informed along the way.

A provider locator listing is included with a SleepTestCRM subscription.

Can your patient comfortably complete the home sleep test you recommend?

Clinical fit matters. So does a setup your patient understands and can use correctly.

Start with the patient

SleepTest offers three testing options: ApneaLink Air (ResMed), SleepImage Ring, and Nox T3. The choice starts with clinical needs, with patient comfort and practical setup requirements also part of the conversation.

Comfort matters at home

Patients experience testing in their own beds. For some, a ring-based setup may feel easier to wear overnight. Others may need a different sensor configuration.

Explaining what to expect and addressing concerns before testing can help patients feel more prepared.

Usable data supports review

Completing the night is only part of the process. Correct setup, functioning sensors, and sufficient recorded data matter too. Clear instructions and access to support help patients follow the steps needed for physician review.

Support for your workflow

SleepTest helps coordinate testing, ship equipment to patients, and keep your team informed as the case moves forward.

That gives practices support for different patient needs throughout the testing process.

The practical question

What testing approach meets this patient’s clinical needs, and what support will help them complete it correctly?

Start that conversation early. Our team is here to help make the next steps easier for your practice and your patients.

What stands behind a home sleep test matters.

If you refer patients for home sleep testing, turnaround time is only part of the decision. Physician oversight, quality standards, and clear responsibilities matter too.

JOINT COMMISSION ACCREDITATION

SleepTest.com is Joint Commission accredited. Accreditation involves evaluation against standards applicable to the organization’s services, with a focus on quality and patient safety.

EXTERNAL REVIEW

The accreditation process includes on-site surveys that assess care processes and compliance with applicable standards. Maintaining accreditation requires an ongoing commitment to those standards.

PHYSICIAN OVERSIGHT BUILT IN

A board-certified sleep physician interprets the sleep test results, giving referring providers a clinical report to inform the next steps in care.

CLEAR ROLES FOR TESTING AND TREATMENT

SleepTest operates as an independent diagnostic testing facility. We provide home sleep testing and diagnostic services, while treatment is managed by the patient’s treating provider.

That gives referring practices a testing partner with a defined role in the patient’s care.

If those standards matter to your referral workflow, learn how physician-reviewed home sleep testing works with SleepTest.

Today, October 2, marks two important awareness days: World Oxygen Day and Global Airway Health Day.

Both point back to a basic clinical truth: breathing matters, and airway concerns deserve attention before they become someone’s “normal.”

For dental and medical teams, O₂ Day can be an easy conversation starter. Ask patients about snoring, witnessed pauses in breathing, morning headaches, dry mouth, or daytime sleepiness. These signs and symptoms alone do not establish a sleep apnea diagnosis, but they may signal the need for further evaluation.

Remember that supplemental oxygen can improve low blood oxygen levels, but it does not address the underlying airway obstruction or replace a sleep evaluation.

When the conversation raises concern, help the patient take the next step toward a sleep evaluation and testing when appropriate. SleepTest supports at-home testing with results interpreted by board-certified sleep physicians, helping providers move from an initial concern toward a diagnosis.

Use O₂ Day to start the conversation. Ask better questions, stay within your scope of practice, and help patients understand what comes next.

Is this the fourth quarter in a row you’ve told yourself you’d deal with your sleep?

If the answer is yes, the pattern is worth noticing. There’s no judgment here.

You don’t need another reminder to revisit it next quarter or next year. A clear next step can help you explore whether sleep apnea may be part of the picture.

With SleepTest, you can order an at-home sleep test, complete it in your own bed, and receive results interpreted by a board-certified sleep physician.

You also get access to a patient portal, with insurance and self-pay options available. Coverage, costs, and any required appointments depend on your situation, but you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Still tired? Start by finding out whether sleep apnea could be part of the picture.

If you’re waking up tired, feeling foggy, or unsure what to do next, a clear first step can help. You don’t need to diagnose yourself or choose a treatment before you begin.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Take the SleepTest quiz to learn about your risk for sleep apnea.
2. Explore testing with the SleepTest team. If you’re using insurance, a pre-test telemedicine visit is required.
3. If home testing is appropriate for you, complete the test over two nights in your own bed.
4. Get results interpreted by a board-certified sleep physician, then review the findings and next steps at a follow-up visit.

No shame. No pressure to have every answer before you begin.
