Hi, I'm Amy Kruger! 👋

I've spent over 25 years working in long-term care, starting my journey as a CNA in 1999 and eventually becoming a nurse.

After years of working on the floor, seeing staffing struggles firsthand, and understanding what both residents and caregivers deserve, I decided to do something about it!

In 2022, I founded Kruger Nursing Solutions, a nurse-owned and nurse-operated staffing agency built on one simple belief:

Quality over quantity. ALWAYS. 💙

I personally believe that staffing isn't about filling a hole in a schedule with just anybody. It's about sending dependable, compassionate caregivers who I would trust to care for my own loved ones.

We're not the biggest agency, and that's perfectly fine with me! I'd rather be known for reliability, integrity, and genuinely caring about the facilities and employees we serve.
