A question we hear a lot this time of year: will a drip keep me from getting sick this winter?

Kristyn's answer is no, and she would rather you hear it from her. A drip won't stop a virus. What it does is put fluids and vitamins straight into your system on a day you're worn down, so you can get back to feeling like yourself.

If you have questions before your first one, ask her. That's what she's here for.

Call (386) 243-8991 or book at the deonnawillis.glossgenius.com. Monday through Thursday 9 to 4, Friday 9 to 1, and Saturday 9 to 1 by appointment. 💧

Holiday photos start sooner than you think.

Inner Beauty is our glow drip: glutathione, vitamin C and B vitamins, working from the inside instead of sitting on top of your skin. $125, about forty-five minutes, and it stacks well if you start it now rather than the week of.

Nobody needs another thing on the December list. This is the one you do in October so it's already handled.

Book at deonnawillis.glossgenius.com or call (386) 243-8991. ✨

Let us come take care of your team too!!!

Thank you Lizabeth Lee with Silique IV Hydration for working with our athletes & families to make sure they are hydrated and healthy during the season! 🌪️💪

When businesses reach out asking how they can support our team, it just goes to show how special our community truly is! We’re blessed to have a community that shows up for our Tornadoes! 🅱️

Things that take about forty-five minutes:

One load of laundry, if you count the folding you're not going to do.

The drive to Gainesville and back, minus the Gainesville.

Three episodes of whatever you're pretending you don't binge.

Sitting in a recliner while your provider puts fluids, vitamins and electrolytes straight into your system, then getting up and feeling like a person again.

One of those is a better use of the time. We won't say which. 💧

These are the people who will be in the room with you.

Not a stock photo. Not a call center. The same faces every visit, who will remember that you hate the left arm and that your daughter just started at Columbia High.

Let us take care of you.

Monday through Thursday, 9 to 4, Friday, 9 to 1 and Saturday 9 to 1 by appointment.

Here's a small thing that changes how the week goes.

Stop deciding. Pick a day, keep it, and let the reset be the one appointment you don't renegotiate with yourself every Tuesday morning.

Same chair. Same forty-five minutes. Every week.

Our people who do it this way are the ones who actually feel the difference, because the drip that helps most is the one you don't skip. Elevate is $100 a month for one drip at 20% off. Thrive gets you two at 25% off.

We're here Monday through Thursday, 9 to 4, Friday, 9 to 1 and Saturday 9 to 1 by appointment. Call (386) 243-8991 and tell us which day is yours. 🩷

October in Columbia County is a whole personality.

The calendar says fall. The porch says 88 degrees. Somebody at the front desk is in a sweater on principle while everybody else is still running the AC in the truck.

We're not here to judge. We're here to point out that you can absolutely be dehydrated in a flannel.

Stay hydrated out there, however you're dressed. 🍂
