Collaborative Studio Events With almost a decade of experience as an Energy Healing practitioner, I offer a distinctive approach utilizing energy and sound balancing sessions to nourish the soul. My goal is to guide you towards reconnecting with the serene essence within yourself, often forgotten amidst life's chaos. In addition to individual sessions, the studio will also be providing Small Group experiences aimed at fostering a profound sense of connection and community. Through these gatherings, we promote healing and empowerment across body, mind, and soul, harnessing the collective energy of the group to facilitate transformation.

Still a few spots left to Return with us this Saturday evening at 5pm in Monroe.

I wanted to share a little more about what I’ll be offering during our evening together.

I’ll be introducing you to Biofield Tuning and how our bodies respond to sound and vibration. We’ll explore how we can become more aware of where we are holding tension and stress in our bodies, and use sound to help create a little more space and ease.

And no need to understand the energy stuff. 😉 You can simply come experience it for yourself.

This evening is about slowing down, getting out of our heads and back into our bodies, connecting with a beautiful group of local practitioners and women, and taking some time to connect with the beauty around us.

We’ll finish the evening with a sunset fire ceremony, which I think is going to be pretty special.
