We have reversible emotions that can cause irreversible decisions.

Are you choosing to sit with the emotion and respond accordingly? Or do you allow your emotions to drive you to an impulsive decision?

When the world feels loud, how do we make room to hear what’s happening within us?

This Sunday, I’m inviting you to join me for **The Change Begins Within—a Silent Retreat & Potluck.**

Together, we’ll explore honesty and compassion through yoga, meditation, journaling, collaborative mandala creation, and a shared potluck lunch in silence.

You don’t need to arrive with a quiet mind or have everything figured out. Come with curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself with care.

🌿 Sunday, September 13 | 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
📍 Lake of the Hills Community Club
47 E. Starr Avenue, Lake Wales

We’ll begin with refreshments and an introduction at 9:30 AM before entering silence at 10 AM. Please bring a dish to share; potluck sign-up details will be emailed to registered participants.

Beautiful Bridal Mendhi that was done for our day! They say the darker the stain the deeper the love or as the old wife's tale goes, the colour of mehandi signals how much the bride will be loved in her new household.

The beautiful work was done by
Hare Krishna! 🙏
Many thanks and Gratitude
