✨ 30 years of lower back pain… and Susan finally decided it was time to do something for HER.

After dealing with discomfort for nearly three decades, Susan took the initiative to prioritize herself and give Shockwave Therapy a try.

And her reaction after her very first treatment says it all. 🥹🙌

She stood up and was instantly amazed by how much less discomfort she felt.

So, what exactly is Shockwave Therapy? 👇

Shockwave uses targeted acoustic waves to help stimulate the body’s natural healing response. It can help:
⚡ Increase circulation to the area
⚡ Break down tight or irritated tissue
⚡ Stimulate tissue repair and regeneration
⚡ Reduce pain and inflammation
⚡ Improve mobility and function

It’s non-invasive, requires no injections or surgery, and for people like Susan, it can be an exciting step toward finally getting back to doing the things they love with less discomfort.

You don’t have to keep tolerating discomfort or accepting pain as your “normal.” 🧡

📲 Ready to see if Shockwave Therapy could be right for you? Send us a message or call our office to schedule your consultation!

POV: Colin showed up to ask the Roots team one innocent question and immediately regretted it 😂

We love ALL of our Roots Community, always and forever! 🧡🌱

📚✏️ More back-to-school cuteness coming your way! 🎒🍎

Our Roots kiddos are officially back in the classroom and ready to learn, grow, and make new memories! Did you know that a child’s nervous system plays an important role in focus, emotional regulation, sleep, and adapting to all the changes a new school year brings? 🧠✨

Healthy nervous systems help growing kiddos handle busy school days with greater ease—and we love supporting them every step of the way! 💛

Here’s to happy hearts, curious minds, and an amazing school year! We want to hear all about it! Comment your little learner’s “positive” for today below so we can celebrate with them, too! 📸👇

A well-adjusted nervous system = a well-equipped kiddo. 🎒 Especially when the start of a busy school year is just around the corner.

New routines, new classrooms, heavier backpacks, more time at a desk — it's a lot for a growing body to adapt to. When their spine and nervous system are functioning at their best, kids handle it all a little easier: sharper focus, stronger immunity, better posture.

Here are a few ways to make sure the backpack doesn't make it worse:
✔️ Both straps, always
✔️ Weight under 10-15% of body weight
✔️ Sits snug at the hips, not sagging
✔️ Heaviest items packed closest to the back

And the best way to support their overall growth and function? Get adjusted. 🧡

Happy Birthday to our amazing Miss Carly! 🧡🎉

Celebrating people is one of our favorite things here at The Roots, and today we get to celebrate someone who makes our office so special.

Every single day, Carly shows up with the biggest heart. She has a way of making every family who walks through our doors feel welcomed, cared for, and right at home. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine love for others shine through in everything she does, and we are so incredibly grateful to have her as part of our Roots family.

Carly, thank you for the joy you bring, the countless smiles you share, and the way you care so deeply for every person you meet. You make our team better simply by being you.

If you see Miss Carly today, be sure to wish her a very happy birthday (and maybe even give her a hug! 🤗).

We love you so much, Carly! Happy Birthday! 🧡🌿
