🍬 MYTH: Sugar feeds cancer, so cancer patients must avoid it completely.

🔬 FACT: Our bodies need glucose for energy.

❎ Cutting out sugar does NOT starve cancer or cure it. Consuming too much added sugar is a concern for overall health.

💪 GOOD NUTRITION MATTERS! Cancer patients need enough calories, protein and carbohydrates to maintain strength and support their bodies during treatment.

🎗 BOTTOM LINE: Sugar doesn't need to be completely eliminated just because of a cancer diagnosis.
The goal is balance, not fear of sugar!
