😴 Quality Sleep Matters

Do you wake up feeling tired, snore loudly, or struggle to stay awake during the day?

These could be signs of sleep apnea, a common condition that can affect your heart, lungs, and overall health if left untreated.

Talk with your healthcare provider if you experience:
• Loud, frequent snoring
• Pauses in breathing during sleep
• Morning headaches
• Daytime fatigue
• Difficulty concentrating

Better sleep starts with understanding your symptoms.

🌤️ Did You Know? Summer Air Quality Can Affect Your Lungs

Hot temperatures can increase ground-level ozone and worsen air quality, making it harder to breathe—especially for those with asthma, COPD, or other lung conditions.

Here are a few ways to protect yourself:
✔️ Check the daily Air Quality Index (AQI).
✔️ Limit strenuous outdoor activities on poor air quality days.
✔️ Stay indoors with air conditioning when possible.
✔️ Always carry your rescue inhaler if prescribed.

If you're experiencing increased shortness of breath or frequent symptoms, don't wait—contact our office.
