So what should you do or not do after a sauna session? After your sauna session, it is so important to prioritize post-sauna care. Here are some things you should do after a session

- Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
- Increase your electrolyte intake
- Take Your Time

Now what should you avoid doing? Here are some things you should NOT do after a sauna session

- Avoid any kind of alcohol
- Skip heavy meals for a while
- Don’t push your body too far with rigorous physical activity.
