She goes above and beyond to deeply understand people's goals and preferences. Misty builds strong, trusting relationships - people love working with her and request her by name.

Misty is a leader and positive force on her team at Overture. She is always looking for ways to improve programs and is taking courses to advance her skills. We are so proud to have Misty as part of the Overture family.

Leadership Transition at Beken Holdings

We wish to share with our valued stakeholders a notable shift in our leadership. As we honor the legacy of our former CEO, Jennifer Kelly, Bēkən Holdings embarks on a new chapter, guided by the same principles and dedication that have always defined us.

Jessica Taylor, who has served as our Chief People Officer, will step into the role of Chief Executive Officer at Bēkən Holdings. Jessica has been a key part of our team, deeply understanding our mission and embodying our core values. Her experience and insights have been instrumental in shaping the culture of our company, emphasizing inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous growth.

We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved CEO, Jennifer (Jenny) Kelly Ordway. A visionary leader and compassionate advocate, Jenny devoted her life to empowering those around her and she will be remembered not just for her remarkable professional achievements but for her ability to touch lives in a meaningful way.
