What would I actually talk about if you handed me a microphone? 🎤
Honestly… probably the things we all experience but don’t talk about enough.
The way the body communicates.
The patterns we inherit.
Why we react the way we do.
The connection between stress, movement, food, breath, and how we actually feel in our everyday lives.
The things nobody really teaches us, but somehow affect everything.
That’s the kind of conversation I want to host.
