Mineral deficiencies within the body, can be identified externally, and often show up as signs of “aging.” I’m now learning that what we consider natural aging, is most likely a mineral deficiency or multiple deficiencies.
These can show up on the face in the form of crows feet, 11’s, forehead lines, under eye wrinkles, cherry angiomas, sagging eyelids, blackheads/oily T-zone, acne, etc. The list is long 🫠
They also present as behavioral or cognitive, and can present as depression, lack of motivation, SAD, ADD, ADHD, and panic attacks, just to name a few. The markers are things I see all the time in clients, so I’m beyond thrilled that I can take my treatments further🥳
