I feel very passionately about this. Please do not use AI to promote your business.

Support human beings. It matters.

Entrepreneurs don't get enough support, and when your website goes down (especially when you're in the consumer goods industry), that means you don't make an income.

Feel called to support this small business, Lakota Made LLC. They make amazing herbal products right here in MN.

Please share if you can!

*Where can I get a doctor's note for a 2-3-year sabbatical?* 🤪

It's not just me. It's all of us - we could all use it! But for real, how do you cope with burnout?

Like she says, it's not that bubble baths and deep breathing doesn't matter, but it's important to also incorporate deeper boundaries to protect your peace.

A great boundary-supportive flower essence is walnut. Think of it as a protective shell that helps keep your heart centered and your peace intact. I'll share more in an upcoming post.

Burnout doesn't heal on the same timeline it took to build. That mismatch is why so many people feel confused when a vacation doesn't fix what took years to create. 🧠

Your mind and body built patterns of chronic stress over months or years of running on empty. Undoing that takes real time, often one to three years of consistent repair, not a weekend of rest.

That's just an honest timeline. Rest still matters. A bubble bath still matters. They just aren't the whole recovery. They're one piece of a much longer process your mind needs to fully reset.

Take the long road here. Real repair was always going to take longer than a long weekend.

Send this to someone who thinks they should be over their burnout by now.
