One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is helping clients Rapidly Relieve the suffering from many years of nerve pain.

In tonight's case, it's what's called Allodynia, which is essentially an intense pain from touch (doesn't make hugging very enjoyable) and tight clothing.

This was our second session and last week we got her discomfort levels from a 6 down to a 2, and tonight we got it all the way down to a 0.

We still have reinforcement to do and she will need to continue practicing the very enjoyable techniques I've taught her, but I'm very confident she will continue to experience the fact that...

Another success story of a client rapidly resolving their lifelong phobia of enclosed spaces. They did have some help easing into things with the open sided MRI machine, but in the past, they still would have high anxiety and possibly even a panic attack from that.

Two random things I'm really proud of a weight loss client for that I've been working with again after about 9 months off.

1. It occurred to me that when he first came to me about a year ago that I was really worried about him catching COVID, because in addition to being very overweight, his breathing was, frankly, pretty bad, but I taught him some breathing exercises -- and of course helped him to lose a good deal of weight -- and his breathing is pretty much like night and day from when he first walked through my office door and how he is now --- even though he did have COVID a few months ago.

I'm really not sure how he would have done with COVID if he didn't practice those breathing exercises and let go of that weight. He didn't require hospitalization or anything like that.

2. Although he backslid some in those 9 months that we didn't work together, he still kept off almost all of the weight and already let go of 7 additional pounds this week!

Out of all of my clients, I tend to be most proud of my weight loss clients because it's never just a "one and done" kind of thing. It always takes action on their part, and they have a tremendous amount to be proud of...

Just had a weight loss session with a client I worked with about 9 months ago and he shared with me that he had COVID a few months back.

Good news is that despite being what would be considered "very high risk", he's very healthy and didn't require hospitalization or anything. It helps that he has great doctors that he works with regularly.

I honestly worry about my weight loss and COPD clients since they are at a much higher risk than most.

I really think there's a lot to be said about having a good relationship with your doctor and talking with them in advance about their approaches for if you get COVID.

**Full Transparency, apparently the woman didn't remain smoke free for very long. Why?

1. She didn't pay for the session. The show did. There was no investment on her part. This is why I don't allow others to pay for someone else to quit smoking.

2. She only quit long enough to have a surgery performed that they wouldn't perform without stopping smoking.

3. She blamed other people for her habits (in this case her fiance) as you can tell from her quote "God help his ass if *he* messes this up for me".

Usually us hypnotists can w**d out these kinds of people via an over the phone screening but since this was a reality TV show, there was no screening.

Either way, it's a fun clip to watch and I hear the show is very entertaining, if you enjoy real life drama LOL...

"Helped" another client find a missing item recently.

I say "helped" in quotations, because fact is, there's never a way to know if they would have found it on their own (I think in this case they would have), but my track record is pretty high so far of clients finding their missing items (about 70% success rate), and it's always fun to celebrate their wins!

**And here's some free advice for anyone reading this. If you find yourself misplacing an important item...

1. Do your best to be calm about it. The more you stress over it, the less likely you are to see it in plain sight. That's just the way the human brain works.

2. Do not throw ANYTHING away without running through it with a fine tooth comb (especially if it's a small item like a ring).

3. The item is VERY OFTEN in the same place you looked multiple times. Don't just say "It's not there. I've already looked!"

4. Don't go accusing anyone of stealing anything. You'll only regret it later when you find it.

Just talked a client out of hiring me. Why?

Because her "problem" is that some people tell her she's "Too Happy".

I asked her...

Does your happiness make you harm yourself or others in any way?

Client: No... They just feel uncomfortable because I laugh and cry happy tears a lot.

Me: It sounds like those people have a problem then - not you -- Or maybe you are just perceiving that they feel uncomfortable when in reality, they are just surprised. If they tell you that they feel uncomfortable from your happiness, then feel free to have them give me a call and if they want to change, I'll be happy to help them...

Client: Wow... I really appreciate your honesty.

Me: I wouldn't be happy if I were dishonest with people, and we all deserve to be happy, because the happier we are, the kinder we are to others, and the kinder we are to others, the kinder we are to ourselves...

Helped a woman resolve her phobia of Bees and to test things out, had her watch this youtube clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpV9jGSRacg of a woman being completely covered in bees.

As expected, she was as cool as a cucumber.

I can relate to phobias, because I used to have one of Tarantulas. I grew up in the era when as a kid, everything on T.V. was either about tarantulas taking over entire towns, or becoming as large as King Kong. Thanks to Hypnosis & NLP I can now comfortably hold a tarantula.

One of the many rewarding parts of my job is that I get to help a lot of visionaries clear their mind, focus more on significant goals, and solve problems for some life changing, and in some cases, life saving achievements.

I can't share too many details, but today's was helping someone do all of the above for some incredibly advanced medical science involving Artificial Intelligence.
