Hello, dear Rise Up Nutrition - Laurel Md community.

Tip Time:

So it is the Labor Day ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ weekend and there will be all this awesome food EVERYWHERE...we fight the urge to over eat, not only on the holidays but on the weekends and other get togethers ...so these are my helpful tips...

1๏ธโƒฃ. I drink my Reset Peach Mango before my meals as snacks to fill me up with good fiber and protein.

2๏ธโƒฃ.Only use 1 plate and I donโ€™t go back..pick and choose what is going to be worth it.

3๏ธโƒฃ. Drink lots of water before, during and after eating.

4๏ธโƒฃ. I put gum in my mouth after I am done with my plate to preventing from going up one more time lol

5๏ธโƒฃ. Brush your teeth...who really likes to eat anything after that, right? LOL

BUT ENJOY the holidays you can treat yourself and not feel DEPRIVED just pre-plan to still hit your goals:)
