On Sept 22nd, we opened the container of Alchemy of the Heart on the Spring Equinox Day in the Southern Hemisphere at Munay Sonqo .

We did a manifestation ritual as well as a Despacho Ceremony where I got to shared part of my heritage with dear sisters. It was a lovely opening to our 5 Day journey together.

We also had the pleasure of having the beautiful company of one of the sweetest doggies after one of our processes. Amazed by their ability to feel and to give unconditional love. I felt Zeus’s presence through her. 🥹

The deck for our time together was Heavenly Bodies which was absolutely Divine! 😍 Thank you to Blu and Lily Ashwell for giving birth to a true gift to humanity.

On this new moon day in Virgo in Vedic Astrology, I remember the true beginning of a bond that is unbreakable among women. A love that is given unconditionally as we share, witness and accept the wisdom of a woman while she removes layers and narratives that weren’t hers to keep.

Thank you for giving me the gift of calling you all Sisters. 💜

It’s been a journey and honestly it’s taken me to my knees and I’ve faced my ego multiple times.

When this whole healing process started, I modified my practices a lot, and kept moving. My moving practices were the the first things I would lean on to shake energy. Especially dance.

When one Sunday I spent almost all day crying out of excruciating pain, I knew my body needed full rest. I no longer fought the process, but I surrendered and gave my all to be there for my body.

I did red light therapy at home every morning and every evening (I swear it’s one of the greatest things).

I began to take a tincture for nerves as soon as I woke up (thank you sister Caitlin Treviño for the gift), a mix of medicinal mushroom powder with my cacao every morning with a flower essence that helps with the womb and pelvic floor health.

I spent a lot of time laying down, because sitting too much or standing hurt.

I started physical therapy very skeptical but last week I had the greatest session and the next day I felt the best I’ve felt since this happened.

Two days ago, I felt the curiosity of being in down dog and when I did, I held it for a couple breaths before feeling something in my pelvis.

An asana that never before had I thought it was challenging.
Now it feels like the greatest reward.

Little steps little steps.

This Sunday I fly to Perú. I am still not able to carry heavy things or even push a carry on. I faced my ego again and asked for a wheelchair. I know my body still needs more time, and if I push it, I would be going against myself.

At this moment, I am celebrating the baby steps I am taking. I might not be able to hold down dog for too long, but a few breaths is great! I can go on walkies with Zeus and Amor. A month ago, I couldn’t. I can demonstrate a bit Latin dance during Hot Pilates. Thank the Heavens for this!

Most importantly, my body is truly healing, and that’s the biggest blessing. 💜

New Earth Fest was such a blessing! 🥹 Thank you for the land that held that during the weekend. Thank you for our ancestors that shared a deeper calling with all of us to create a change and to remember community is where the key lies.

Thank you for all the artists that shared their love with us and everyone that openly received it.

Thank you for the reconnection to all my beautiful and powerful sisters. What a gift to be alive in this Planet while you are part of it.

We had such an intimate Solar Eclipse Ceremony 🥹

We connected and remembered more of ourselves!

Happy Solar Eclipse! 💜💜 Eclipse season is one of my ultimate favorites!

It truly shows you what has been hiding that is ready to be seen, loved and integrated.

Ancient yogis said, any practices you do during this time is amplified by 1000%! 🤯💜

5th Year as part of Free State Yoga Fest! What an incredible blessing! 🥹💜🙏

This year, as I called the winds and the Sacred Directions, I also called them in Quechua. It felt so good to honor my roots and my ancestors; adding Light Language honoring the wisdom of the Universe that runs through me.

Moving the Kundalini class under the shade (thank you David for sharing your space!) and incredible humans stepping up as we work on Raising the Kundalini. We did such a powerful practice! I hope you all are integrating well. 😊

Sharing a Medicine from both of my lineages, Mami Cacao is always so special and magickal. Adding the tincture I made of Egyptian Blue lotus. Oh yes! That was 🤯! Thank you all who came and participated, diving deep into your inner worlds and choosing love over and over and over again. Thank you for your vulnerability and for trusting me to hold you during it. I honor deeply your human temple and your Divinity. 💜

The day itself was incredible. Connecting with brothers and sisters. Sharing, hanging out and being.

Very grateful for our co-creation and the special commUnity we are all part of.

Thank you for all the students that support this beautiful festival, it wouldn’t be possible without you.

Seriously! These ladies killed it today!!! 💪 I was so at awe that we had to take a photo!

Thank you all for your patience! I felt like a magician leading you through Hot Pilates Class lol

This week has been a deep journey of surrendering and resting, allowing my body to fully heal. I haven’t done any movement practice besides a 5 minute dance during the Voice Container I am in. If you know me, you know how activate I am.

I’ve been spending more time laying down reading, chilling more with puppy and our incredible Red Light we have at home (thank you Amor for asking that as a Xmas present!). Every morning and every evening, is part of my routine. It’s one of the things that have helped truly in the past month.

After an excruciating pain in the back of my pelvis last Sunday, I knew I needed to take a full physical break. Monday morning teaching Pilates was rough. I enjoy so much teaching the class and having fun with my students. Especially dancing!

Today, things were different. I felt confident leading them, and also feel so much their love and compassion. They know how much I love to move. At the same time, this is what I can do at this moment.

Teaching makes it feel like my whole world hasn’t fully collapsed and being around this incredible community is very hopeful.

I start physical therapy on Monday. I’m hopeful I will be able to figure out how to begin to slowly incorporate gentle movements. Truly trusting the flow of what is being offered to me and what I can offer my body.

Sometimes what we need is not what we think we need. Trusting at this moment, this is exactly what my being needs.

✨ July ceremony was moved to August 15th to welcome Eclipse Season! Join me as we approach shifting narratives from the deep space of the Heart. Expressing love for something that no longer is vibrating at the levels you are reaching and letting it change. We will approach every practice from the space of “What would love do?” And we expand and connect deeper with the Heart Consciousness.

This is the first Ceremony of this Eclipse Season. Followed by one on Friday August 28th in the late afternoon. Held at Center for Being

I’d like to share what helped me yesterday to shift my energies.

As I had shared, it’s been challenging not to move freely and do the practices that would help me to shift energies. I didn’t realized I had been holding my tears in (and trust me, I’ve cried so much about it !) about how intense it’s been. Took me into a super vulnerable space as the human that I am, slightly forgetting about my magick.

Yesterday, I grabbed the book Prayers by Don Miguel Ruiz and I asked for a prayer that would help me at that moment.

I cried the whole time I read it. To the point that Derek came to my office and held me while I still cried and continued to read.

When I got to the prayer part. Oof! I had to take deep breaths in between phrases because I kept crying reading and feeling the words.

I cried even more afterwards.

I needed it.

It was the release that I needed. Thank you Full Moon in Sidereal Capricorn! 🥹

Today, I slept in. My body needed the rest with all the healing is going through and I feel fantastic! Went back at being my normal self cleaning and re-arranging (Thank you Moon in Virgo), which is a sign that I am doing so good and I passed the threshold I was crossing.

I’ve been seeing this whole process as a process of divine love. Bringing me closer to a deeper way of caring for myself and loving myself. And it truly has been doing that!

If you are experiencing something huge and perhaps feel there is no end to it. It will pass. Find the thing that helps you. Perhaps is a little prayer.

I have been moving through some injuries in the last weeks which has forced me to do things differently. I see it as an expression of growth rather than a punishment.

After moving through my own wave of sadness for not being able to move my body as I normally do, I decided to lean on the arts. Concentrating more on my voice. I am so blessed I had just entered a 6 month program with my voice teacher Dominique Zuniga • Vocalist . Using my voice to express what I was feeling inside and shift the energies.

I have been playing my Handpan every day. It brings me so much joy! I don’t even want to put Goldie down (yes, I’ve named her! 😊). I have been playing around with difference sounds and notes feeling my brain working differently, and still bringing me peace.

I look forward to be able to place Goldie on my lap. That seems to be easier (or maybe it’s just my idea)

If you been in my classes and spaces, I want to thank you for your understanding and patience. 🥹🙏

I have an MRI for my lumbar spine this Friday. I’m hopeful I’ll get some answers and slowly reincorporate some movements while my body heals.

I keep going back to my tomato plant. 🍅Witnessing how they grow and have their own process, just like we do. Instead of forcing healing or awareness, being in the process itself brings so much presence and deep connectivity. A higher connection to the Heart Consciousness.

So here I am. In a way, thank you body for going through what you are going through. It was allowed me to spend more time with my voice, music, and art. What a Divine way of honoring and Awakening more the Feminine!
