October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.💜

Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in their relationships. Domestic violence can take many forms, including physical, emotional, verbal, and financial abuse. Sometimes, the signs aren't easy to recognize.

This month, we encourage our community to learn the signs, listen without judgment, and remind those experiencing abuse that they are not alone. Support, resources, and hope are available. Learn more about Warning Signs of Abuse at https://www.thehotline.org/identify-abuse/domestic-abuse-warning-signs/

If you need someone to talk to, our Crisis Services team is available 24/7 at 812-532-2595. You never have to face a crisis alone.

You don’t need a big reason to reach out. A simple “Hey, just checking in. How are you doing?” can remind someone that they’re not alone and that someone cares.

This National Su***de Prevention Month, send the text. Start the conversation. Let someone know you’re thinking about them.

If you or someone you know is struggling, INcompass Healthcare’s Crisis Line is available 24/7 at (812) 532-2595. You can also call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
