I know what itâs like to have your sense of worth shaped by old woundsâand my decade working in mental health & trauma, Iâve seen how those wounds can show up in the way we eat, rest, move, and care for ourselves.
Iâm here to help those rewrite that programming, remember who God created them to be, and turn **generational hell into generational health.**
Hereâs how you go from generational hell to generational health:
⨠1. Nourish yourself like someone worth caring for.
Stop treating your body the way others treated your heart. Eat foods that fuel you, strengthen you, and honor the body God gave you. You are worth it because God made you. I have to tell myself this everyday. When I donât believe it, i have people Iâm eternally grateful for who remind me. If you need this support, reach out!!
⨠2. Stop rehearsing their opinions and start renewing your mind. The stories you repeat become the life you live. Fill your mind with truth, gratitude, Scripture, and thoughts that build you up instead of tear you down.
⨠3. Move your body because you value yourselfânot because youâre trying to earn your worth. A walk. A workout. Stretching. Dancing. Movement is a declaration that your health matters.
⨠4. Protect your peace like itâs part of your wellness plan. Not every criticism deserves your energyâhard to do but all things are possible with God đđź Not every accusation deserves a response. Peace is productive.
⨠5. Build the habits based on the person God says you are. Drink the water. Get the sleep. Set the boundary. Take the walk. Make the healthy meal. Small daily choices create a new legacy.
đ The greatest act of healing isnât convincing people theyâve misunderstood you.
Itâs refusing to live inside a story that God never wrote about you âđź
I have a supportive wellness coaching program that has helped many develop healthy habits from a place of abundance and Godâs love which shapes how people eat, move, rest, and engage within themselves⌠DM me Wholly Fit to see if this is for you â¤ď¸
