Not every door needs to be forced open. Not every answer needs to come today. And not every season of waiting means we aren’t moving forward.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do breathe, loosen our grip, and trust the process. 🙏

I am Tired but still alive 💤🙏🙂

I just need to remind you all, first of all, if you woke up doubting yourself about literally anything… trust me, you are doing better than you think. ❤️‍🩹

Second, I have to post a reminder about our networking meetup in Bechtelsville happening at the Ridgewood Winery on Daffodil Hill Farm on October 14th.

This month’s conversation: The Power of Pausing.

We live in a world that constantly tells us to keep going… build more, earn more, accomplish more, respond faster, stay busy.

But sometimes the most productive thing we can do is stop long enough to ask “Is the life I’m working so hard to build actually the life I want to be living?”

Fall is officially reset season around here. 🍂

A few of our go-to holistic staples this time of year: an echinacea + elderberry tea for the cooler months, raw unpasteurized manuka honey (worth the splurge), and magnesium as part of a proper wind-down routine.
