We know how busy life can be, but we still need to invest in ourselves. Because of this, the Reset Lounge was born. 🍃 This is a place where you can come for a manageable amount of time, get away from the real world, and actually prioritize YOU.

Whether after a massage or as a stand alone service, the Reset Lounge is designed to calm and reset your mind and nervous system. This experience includes red light therapy, a weighted blanket and silk eye mask, aromatherapy, hot tea, and foot soak with homemade Epsom salt blends. And this is just the beginning!
