This year let us all wish for something that is not materialistic in nature. Rather than asking for something tangible, let us be thankful for every moment of sunshine. We should understand that the world can often seem dark and discouraging, but every now and then there is a ray of light—a moment of joy or kindness that reminds us all of the beauty in the world.
By being grateful for these moments, we can bring more love and happiness into our lives—something far greater than any material possession. So dear Santa, please grant us our wish of cherishing each moment of sunshine throughout the upcoming year! Merry Christmas from ours to yours!🎅

Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer and it’s also one of the most preventable. Exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun, both during summer and winter, is the main cause of skin cancer, so it’s important to take steps to limit your exposure.
When you’re outside, wear protective clothing, including a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher. You should also avoid being in the sun during the middle of the day, when UV rays are strongest. If you do need to be in the sun, take breaks often and stay in the shade as much as possible. By taking these simple precautions, you can help reduce your risk of skin cancer.

Women's Brain Health Day on Dec 2, is a day to raise awareness about the importance of brain health for women of all ages. WHO states that women tend to experience brain aging related diseases like Alzheimer's and dementia more than men. This disproportionate burden is due in part to biology, as women tend to live longer than men. However, lifestyle choices also play a role, with factors such as stress, diet, and level of physical activity all potentially affecting brain health.
On Women's Brain Health Day, we therefore encourage all women to take steps to protect their cognitive health. This may include exercise and eating a healthy diet, as well as managing stress levels and getting regular checkups. By taking care of our brains, we can help ensure that we stay sharp and independent as we age.
