We would like to inform you that Moderna COVID-19 is now available in our office. Patients must be 18 years and older to be able to receive the vaccine. We are offering the vaccine to our Patient's parents, family members or whoever that has not vaccinated yet.

We understand there are a lot of anxiety due to corona virus known as COVID-19 . We recommend all our patients and families to adhere to routine hand hygiene and avoid crowded places. We made some changes due to ongoing spread of COVID-19.
1. We no longer see walk in patients until further notice, please call our office to schedule an appointment .
2. If you feel you or your family member is exposed to Corona virus, please call our office so we can give you instructions to what steps to take and where to go for testing.
3. We understand with school closing all your children are at home. We would like to ask you if one of your kids has an appointment to please avoid bringing all your kids,This will decrease the risk of your other kids getting sick and decrease the spread of illness.
