Almost time! Which bar should I choose....Fat, bamboo or the #50??? Max effort in least amount of tme. There is 1440 minutes in each day......you have 30 minutes to Train!!!

This page will start to be more active. Finally got my numbers climbing again....just under 1100 pounds ...squat,dead,bench. We had 1 guy hit 1350 this morning at our second location. Jacobs ladder/tire flips is killing everyone....heart rate numbers are insane.

Serious training started 2 weeks ago. Combo of cardio and heavy work. Legs and back were hit outside today with a 160lb keg carry intervals (bear hug style).....finished with keg (rock bottom squats).
