Last year, we gathered for our Pumpkin Smash Sound Bath — a powerful and playful way to release negative feelings, let go of what no longer serves us, and make space for something new. After the pumpkin smash, we settled into a deeply relaxing sound bath to restore and reset. 💫🔔
