FNF, provides a safe place to maintain progress and enhance the ability to do whatever it is that you enjoy. We provide exercise and massage therapy services performed by professionals who have been trained to address the needs of those recovering from injury or limitation. Research gathered by the American Massage Therapy Association has determined that massage can improve sleep in people of all age ranges. Massage helps relieve stress, anxiety, reduce muscle tension, ease symptoms of depression, and so much more -- resulting in a more restful night's sleep. October is "Eat Better, Eat Together" Month! When possible, it's suggested that families eat at least one meal together per day, and make the meal, from preparation to clean up a family affair!
Studies have shown that sharing a meal can often increase a child's emotional well-being, help them get along better with others, and improve their grades. Modern-day schedules often make it difficult to have family time, but this is the perfect month to set a family challenge to see how many meals you can share!
