Every October, the mountains around Jim Thorpe put on one of the finest color shows in Pennsylvania. 🍁

The old town once known as Mauch Chunk earned the nickname "Switzerland of America" for its steep hills and dramatic scenery. Excursion trains leave from the historic station downtown and follow the Lehigh River upstream into the Lehigh Gorge, where the tracks hug the water beneath slopes of red, orange and gold.

Fall foliage weekends draw crowds from all over the region, with visitors strolling the Victorian streets before or after their ride. For many families it has become a cherished autumn tradition. 🚞

✨ A little intention, a little magic, and a whole lot of possibility. 🌙

I’m so excited to announce something a little different! Join me for my first Manifestation Jar Workshop! ✨

But we’re doing more than just putting pretty things in a jar.

We’re going to explore the power of intention, attention, and the connection between our thoughts, choices, and actions.

What does it actually mean to manifest something? How do we become more intentional about where we direct our energy? And how can we take those intentions beyond wishful thinking and into our everyday lives?

We’ll break it all down in a way that’s approachable, practical, and maybe even a little eye-opening.

Then comes the fun part! 🌿

We’ll sip some tea, get creative with herbs, crystals, salts, and other goodies, and build our own manifestation jars as physical reminders of what we’re choosing to welcome, nurture, or work toward in our lives.

We’ll finish with guided breathwork and meditation to bring everything together.

No experience, special beliefs, or magical powers required. 😉 Just an open mind and a willingness to get a little intentional.
