Maine CDC is updating Maine's statewide Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) Needs Assessment to better understand current needs, strengths, gaps, and opportunities related to brain health, dementia care, and caregiver support across the state.
The findings will help inform the next update to Maine's State Plan on ADRD and guide future priorities and collaborative efforts. Please share and complete by 10/28!
