Get ready for this fusion dance class inspired by the Cuban Rumba Guaguancó!

In this class we explore afro-inspired rhythms that include Latin & Carribean music. It’s an opportunity to learn dance moves (salsa/rumba, bachata, merengue) express yourself through movement, and connect to the body through drum beats.

Many struggle with health issues that cause real physical limitations. I know first hand how a flare-up can debilitate you, and I live with chronic pain everyday, but sometimes we need to give ourselves more encouragement rather than submit to the disease/illness. If we fall into a victim mentality, then we contribute to the limitations.

I have overcome a lot in terms of health (I beat cancer), yet still struggling today with multiple conditions, but it never shuts down my light, my Spirit. 🦋

Don’t underestimate the power of the Spirit. When you believe you still have it in you, you keep pushing forward. And miracles happen. 💜

Where there’s a Will, there’s a Way! As cheesy as it sounds. 😂

When someone tells you “I love you so much“, it could be a red flag. “Love-bombing“ is a form of manipulation.

Authenticity comes a long way, and genuine love doesn’t need convincing. There’s nothing to prove. When someone genuinely loves you, their actions speak louder than words.

Trees stop producing chlorophyll, causing leaves to change into vibrant shades of red, orange, and yellow before falling to the ground. Sadly, many do not notice the subtle changes that characterize the season yet the changes are still happening.

Take the time to feel the breeze of cooler temperatures, to observe the beautiful changes in nature including the animals behaviors as they get ready for change.
