Happy One Year, y'all! The Encore Survival Guide has been bringing information and understanding to the dementia community for a full year! To celebrate, we have a special episode for y'all covering the Alzheimer's Association's yearly Walk 2 End Alzheimer's, including an interview with organizer Tony Grandberry! Tony does such amazing work organizing this important event, and was kind enough to speak to our Producer Elisa about the resources that are available through the Association and how you can get involved in the fight to end Alzheimer's and all forms of dementia!
