If there's one thing we know about Jessie, it's that she's always working hard behind the scenes! She does so much that most people probably don't even realize half of what she handles. She recently stepped in and covered the Lexington schedule while Victoria was out and did an AMAZING job! Jessie is pretty much our all-around guru, and we're not really sure what we'd do without her!
When she's not busy keeping us all on track, Jessie is spending time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. She loves The Hobbit, coffee, and curling up with a good book on a cold day. Basically, her perfect day involves coffee, a blanket, and nobody touching the thermostat. 😂 She's not a fan of being hot, and honestly, we can't blame her!
Jessie, thank you for everything you do! We know how much work you put in every single day, even when nobody sees it. We appreciate you more than you know, and we're so glad to have you on our team!

September’s Employee of the Month is none other than STEPHEN!

Stephen has been with Piece by Piece Autism Therapy for almost THREE YEARS, which means he has officially survived enough chaos to earn both this award and possibly his own superhero utility belt.

Stephen is incredibly passionate about his clients and is currently a practicum student, working hard toward becoming a BCBA. At this rate, we're pretty sure the BCBA certification is just his superhero origin story.

When Stephen actually has free time, he enjoys playing video games with friends, anything Batman, and cherry pie with vanilla ice cream. Honestly, a solid combination. Batman would probably approve.

Over the past three years, we’ve had the opportunity to watch Stephen learn, grow, and continue building toward his future as a BCBA. We’re incredibly proud of him and grateful for the passion, commitment, and personality he brings to Piece by Piece.

Congratulations, Stephen! We’re looking forward to celebrating many more milestones with you.
