100 STRETCHES AND STILL GOING STRONG! 💯👏
Today, we're celebrating someone very special to our StretchLab Libertyville family—Dennis, one of our founding members, who just reached his 100th stretch milestone!
Dennis spends much of his workday sitting, but outside of work, he's always on the move! He's passionate about giving back and stays actively involved in his community through his volunteer work in Lake County.
For Dennis, stretching isn't just about flexibility. It's about feeling good, staying healthy, and being able to continue doing the things he loves.
When we asked Dennis what keeps him coming back, his answer was simple but powerful:
