Today we honor Indigenous Peoples’ Day. 🤍
Restorative Medical Massage sits on the homelands of the Pawnee and Otoe-Missouria peoples, Nations whose roots in this land run far deeper than the city of Lincoln. We are grateful to the Indigenous communities who have cared for this place for generations, and we recognize that their history here includes great injustice alongside great resilience.
Today we honor the Native people who are still here: our neighbors, clients, friends, and community members who continue to shape Nebraska with their cultures, languages, and contributions.
Restorative care starts with respect. Everyone who walks through our doors deserves to be seen, heard, and welcomed as they are. We’re grateful to keep learning how to live that out, today and every day.
