Teaching the little ones to honor God in ALL things- body, soul, mind, and spirit! Our WHOLE self has been made to glorify HIM! Break the barrier between faith and fitness. They go hand in hand! Our goals are to be healthier and stronger in order to be a disciple of Christ. That is motivation that keeps us pressing on. 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌

Don’t let the enemy keep you from God’s purpose for your life! Not today or any day can he have mine! God is and always will be fighting for me! He is my POWER, STRENGTH, PROTECTOR, and most of all my DELIVERER through the precious blood of Jesus Christ!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
