The Autumn Mini Healing Retreat 🍂
Breathe. Release. Reconnect.
As the seasons change, we’re reminded that there is a time to hold on—and a time to let go.
Join us for a beautiful 3½-hour Autumn Mini Healing Retreat, created to give you space to step away from the demands of everyday life, quiet your mind, reconnect with yourself, and release what you no longer need to carry.
This intimate retreat brings together three powerful experiences designed to move you from the body, into stillness, and finally into deeper reflection.
🍂 Breathwork with Tony Prana
Begin by reconnecting with your breath. Through guided breathwork, Tony will help you slow down, move out of the constant “doing” of everyday life, and create space for greater calm, clarity, and presence.
✨ Sound Immersion with Rene & Gina
Allow yourself to completely settle in as you’re surrounded by the soothing vibrations of sound. This immersive experience is designed to encourage deep relaxation, quiet the mental chatter, and give you permission to simply receive.
🖋 Soul Writing with Joanne
Complete the retreat by turning inward through guided Soul Writing. This reflective experience creates space to explore what is ready to be acknowledged, released, or welcomed as you move into the next season of your life.
This is your morning to exhale.
No rushing. No expectations. No need to be anything for anyone else.
Just a few hours dedicated to you—to breathe, soften, release, reflect, and reconnect with the part of yourself that can sometimes get lost in the busyness of life.
Come exactly as you are.
Leave feeling lighter, clearer, grounded, and renewed.
