Sarah is a board certified Physician Assistant, she joins Connolly Dermatology following a twelve year active duty career in the United States Coast Guard, serving at duty stations in Connecticut, California, Texas, Washington DC, and New Jersey. As a military medical officer, she provided a broad range of care to service members, including deploying to five continents and practicing as the lone health care provider in austere environments at sea.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy and Master of Science Degree from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program. Now happily residing in Cape May County, she brings her unique perspective and experiences to treating patients at Connolly Dermatology.

Melissa is a board certified physician assistant and is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She graduated from Penn State University with a biomedical engineering degree and worked in the pharmaceutical industry prior to pursuing her career as a physician assistant.

Continuing her education at Drexel University, she received her Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She worked in emergency medicine for six years and has experience treating a diverse population with multiple conditions.

She is an SDPA diplomate fellow, an avid Penn State fan, and lives in PA with her husband, three boys, and rescue retriever!

Vincent Accurso, PA-C is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. With over 12 years of experience in Dermatology, he is very well versed in pediatric, adult, and geriatric skin conditions. Vincent has also performed hundreds of excisions in his career in dermatology, including, but not limited to malignancies, dysplastic nevi and sebaceous and pilar cysts. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Vincent is originally from Staten Island and Brooklyn but has called New Jersey home for over a decade. He holds three bachelor’s degrees, both in science and the humanities. During his medical training at LIU, he completed rotations at various private practices and hospitals including Long Island Jewish, Maimonides and Bellevue Medical Centers in Manhattan.
