Provider Spotlight: Samantha Adair, MA

Many people avoid therapy for a variety of reasons, but one in particular I want to dispel is that your problems are too small or too big to tackle. No matter what has led you here, I believe that through the power of therapy, we can work together to transform your life in a meaningful way. One of the reasons I became a therapist came from my own first-hand experience seeing how it transformed my self-confidence and provided me with tools that allowed me to be more present.

We live in a world that often tells us a lot of lies and half-truths about ourselves and how we should approach our emotions. During this process, I always strive to create a space that allows you to be your most authentic self, while simultaneously having your feelings and experiences heard. Each time we meet, you may be needing something different. This will be a space where you can feel free to vent, cry, or even laugh. I will be there for you no matter what it

is.

By taking the first step to seek therapy, you have taken one of the bravest steps towards growth. Even when our time together feels heavy, I will be there right alongside you to help process those emotions that need an escape. Your openness and consistency are one of the greatest catalysts to change when it comes to our work together. Even though it can feel scary to take on this new responsibility, just know it is a weight you will not have to carry alone.

Over time, I hope to provide you with insight on how to make positive changes within your life and guide you towards a place of healing.
