Know the Signs of Heat Illness 😓

Heat illness can escalate fast. Know the signs:

- Headache or nausea
- Weakness or dizziness
- Hot, dry skin or heavy sweating
- Elevated body temperature
- Fainting or unconsciousness

🆘 CALL 911 if symptoms are severe.
🧊 Cool immediately with water or ice.
