Sheena Pasricha is a full time Certified Hand Therapist dedicating free time to prep healthy meals Tuesdays are dedicated to the kitchen.

Working 13 hrs a day as a hand therapist does not leave a lot of time to cook. "like" my page & follow me for great tasting, family friendly recipes that are also figure friendly. Nutritional content have been added to allow you to stick you your diet whether it being low carb, low fat, low cal or weight watchers points plus. Losing weight and keeping it off is easy once you have great recipes to help you out!

We went to Spice Route expecting Indian food… but the Indo-Chinese stole the show. 👀🔥

🌶️ Chili paneer
🌽 Crispy chili corn
🍗 Chicken lollipops
🍜 Hakka noodles + Hakka chicken
🍗 Tandoori chicken + malai chicken
🥗 Som tam papaya salad

And then came dessert… MY GAJJAR HALWA. ❤️ If you know, you KNOW.
